Motivation: I believe in diversity, cross functional collaboration between different countries empowering each other with integrity. Hence for this purpose, Erasmus gives this opportunity to spread environmental, societal and intercultural values of the organization in the society.
I am an Indian – International NGO consultant with 6 years of experience in the social development sector, along with a Master’s degree in Social work. I sometimes travel to France for collaborative work, contributing to the organization’s goal of enhancing their capacity for international collaboration and internationalizing its work through the exchange of ideas, development of new practices and methodologies. I have been part of PRO4DEMOCRACY and Digitraining project in this organization.
Moreover, implementing the cooperative projects that promote cooperation, peer learning, and experience sharing at the European level or cross borders, is another objective that aims to aid in the development and/or implementation of novel practices, foster community, encourage public involvement, and motivate young people to engage in personal and social development activities for the social integration of communities, contributing for marginalized communities.
I intend to engage in proactive work to promote democratic values and sustainable social development through actions, interventions and policies .
